For a US end-user preparing a trade show booth, we supplied a display solution consisting of two P1.86 tri-fold LED poster displays. Trade show environments place multiple demands on display equipment: screens need to deliver clear visuals and support viewing from different angles, while also accommodating transportation, placement and efficient setup.

This project used a fine-pitch P1.86 LED display solution primarily for presenting product information during the trade show. The two units can be positioned separately according to the booth layout or arranged together as a combined display. The customer can determine the final configuration based on the available space and exhibition requirements.
Why Choose a Tri-Fold LED Poster Display?
Trade show booths often have limited space, and their layouts can vary considerably from one event to another. A tri-fold LED poster display is suitable for environments where flexible positioning is important. The casters at the bottom also make it easier to reposition the equipment according to changing event requirements.
For this project, the main considerations were double-sided viewing and the flexibility to use two LED poster displays independently or together.
1. Double-Sided Display
As the name suggests, a double-sided LED display can present content on both sides, making it suitable for exhibition layouts with open access from multiple directions.
Both sides can show the same content or different content, depending on the intended presentation. This allows the display to support synchronized playback, with the same content on both sides, or asynchronous playback, with different content presented on each side.
2. Two-Unit Display Configuration
The project included two LED poster displays, giving the customer the option to position them separately or arrange them together.
When placed separately, each unit can present content in a different area of the booth. When positioned together, the two displays can form a larger combined visual presentation, helping create a focal point within the exhibition space.
What Makes a P1.86 Pixel Pitch Suitable for Trade Shows?
A P1.86 pixel pitch is well suited to trade show environments where visitors view the screen at relatively close distances. Exhibition visitors often stop approximately 1–3 meters away from a display to view product information and visual content. At this viewing distance, P1.86 can provide detailed images without necessarily requiring an even finer pixel pitch that may add cost without a corresponding benefit for the intended application.
Trade show content commonly includes product images, brand messaging and brief introductions. A P1.86 LED poster display can present image details clearly and keep text sharp and legible at close viewing distances.

For this US trade show project, the customer used two P1.86 tri-fold LED poster displays, with double-sided viewing and flexible two-unit configurations as the main considerations.
