Project Background
In the retail sector, shopping mall storefront windows serve as a crucial touchpoint for attracting foot traffic. Therefore, many local distributors visit retailers to demonstrate the real-world performance of LED displays as a means of expanding their local market presence. Transparent LED displays are the most frequently used product for storefront windows, as they allow for the display of marketing content without obstructing the view into the store. Traditional fixed LED display installations are limited to a single location and lack the flexibility required for on-site demonstrations across multiple retail outlets.
In this case, a partner distributor on Australia’s Gold Coast planned to acquire a portable led display for demonstration. This equipment was intended for mobile, on-site demonstrations in the storefront windows of various retailers at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, allowing them to intuitively showcase the value of transparent LED display applications to local merchants.

Client Requirements
The client for this project is a local distributor who is purchasing the products for marketing and promotional displays. The client has the following requirements:
- The client has a limited overall budget, so equipment procurement must be strictly kept within the budget range;
- The equipment must be lightweight and portable, capable of being moved repeatedly to different retailers’ storefronts for on-site demonstrations;
- The client’s timeline is tight, and the goods must be delivered to the designated location by early November.
In addition, the equipment must be properly protected during transport to prevent hardware damage during handling and cross-border shipping, ensuring that on-site demonstrations can proceed smoothly.
Project Introduction
1. Proposal Overview
We have developed a comprehensive solution that addresses the client’s core requirements regarding budget, portability for demonstrations, and delivery timelines. The total cost of the solution falls within the client’s budget while maximizing the fulfillment of their other needs.
The fully assembled display unit measures 1m x 1m and consists of four modular panels. It utilizes a professional controller for content playback and comes with a protective flight case for storage and transport, making it ideal for the client’s use case of rotating demonstrations across various retail store windows.
For logistics, we have selected a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping service that includes customs clearance and tax handling, delivering the goods directly to the client’s designated address and sparing them the hassle of complex import procedures. We will also closely monitor production and shipping progress to ensure delivery by the agreed-upon deadline, aligning with the client’s schedule.
2. Project Product
The project utilizes the STH-S Series transparent LED display (P3.91), assembled from four 250×1000 mm modules to form a 1m×1m unit. It employs the TB10plus controller to manage the playback of video and image content. Additionally, a flight case is used for storage and transport protection, minimizing the risk of impact damage during repeated handling.
The STH-S transparent led screen is a branch of MileStrong’s STH series transparent LED displays. It features high transparency—achieving a rate of up to 92%—and supports seamless splicing as well as naked-eye AR visual effects.
Its application in the store window enables agents to visually demonstrate to local retail customers the actual performance of the product, such as light transmission and image display capabilities.

3. Follow-up Arrangements
Once production is complete, we will conduct aging tests on the equipment, document the process with photos and videos, and share this information with the client. Furthermore, we will continuously monitor the status of the ocean freight shipment to ensure the goods are delivered on time and in good condition to the designated location in Australia.
In addition, our management team will travel to Australia in November to hold in-person meetings on the Gold Coast to further discuss matters related to product promotion in the Australian market and future in-depth cooperation.
Project Summary
This is a mobile window display project tailored for overseas agents. This project does not involve permanent fixed installation. Instead, it focuses on portable demonstrations as its core objective, taking into account multiple conditions such as budget, delivery cycle, and cross-border transportation.
On one hand, the STH-S transparent LED display can realistically simulate the usage effect of retail windows in shopping centers, helping agents conduct product demonstrations to local retailers in Australia and assisting in the expansion of the local commercial display market. On the other hand, the flight case storage and door-to-door logistics solution has solved the problems of equipment transportation and cross-border customs clearance and delivery, meeting the tight time plans of customers.
Currently, the customers are very satisfied with the entire solution and have high expectations for local market promotion and subsequent long-term cooperation. This case also provides a reference set of implementation ideas for mobile demonstration projects for overseas agents.
