3. Steel Frame Installation:
- A steel frame is welded into the ground or a sunken pit, and the floor tile screen is mounted on the frame. This installation method can be used both indoors and outdoors.
- Many customers choose this installation method due to the too depth of the pit or for better heat dissipation and drainage. It is a common installation method for floor tile displays.
Installation Precautions:
1. The installation surface must be level to ensure the enclosure does not wobble during use.
2. Ensure proper drainage to prevent water back flow, which may shorten the module’s lifespan.
3. Install a cooling fan according to the actual situation to prevent moisture from getting into the bottom of modules.
4. Both embedded and steel frame installations require customized drawings from engineers before digging.
