Due to the unique nature of custom LED displays, the delivery time is usually determined by factors such as screen area and technical complexity. In general, production is completed in about 5 weeks, because manufacturing a custom LED display involves the following key steps:  

1. Confirm Requirements  
After receiving a customer’s customization request, Milestrong conducts detailed confirmation and communication with the client regarding aspects such as area, pixel pitch, shape, application scenario, and so on.  

2. Production & Processing  
Once the requirements are confirmed, the factory arranges production of the necessary components, such as the screen panels, cabinet frames, etc.  

3. Aging & Debugging  
After all screens and equipment are manufactured, the screens are sent to the aging workshop where they are fully lit for debugging. This process checks for stability, color issues, and other potential problems, allowing timely corrections to be made. This ensures that upon delivery, the customer can install and use the display directly.  

4. Logistics & Transportation  
Based on the customer’s location and prior communication, we choose the appropriate shipping method — air freight, sea freight, or land transport — to safely and intactly deliver the product to the customer.  

5. Installation, Debugging & Technical Support  
After receiving the custom LED display, we can dispatch engineers to carry out on‑site installation, or the customer may install it themselves with our remote technical support. We assist in screen debugging to ensure perfect operation.
