High Transparency

With visual transparency of up to 80% for P3.91 and 85% for P6.25, the STH-COB Series allows backgrounds, products and architectural elements to remain visible behind the display. This makes it suitable for applications where digital content needs to coexist with the original visual environment rather than fully block it.

Holographic Visuals

The STH-COB Series combines flip-chip COB technology with a highly transparent optical structure to create a holographic-like visual effect. Its open, lightweight design allows digital content to appear naturally within glass and open spaces, creating a floating visual experience while preserving the visibility of the surrounding environment.

Flip-Chip COB

Built with flip-chip COB packaging, the display integrates 0517 large-size LED chips, high-precision driver ICs and optical encapsulation into a compact structure. The integrated design helps reduce dead-light rates, surface temperature, power consumption and overall weight while supporting stable long-term operation.

Flexible Perforated PCB

The four-layer flexible PCB features an over 80% perforation rate, a 3-oz copper layer and ±5 μm etching accuracy. Its flexible construction allows the modules to conform to curved and irregular surfaces while maintaining reliable signal transmission and reducing ghosting.

Optical Protection & Durability

The optical encapsulation features a matte, diffused surface that helps reduce glare and supports IP62 protection. With a UV aging yellowing rate of ≤1%, the material maintains visual clarity over extended use and complies with relevant environmental protection standards. The display supports operation across temperatures from -10°C to 60°C.

Wide Viewing Angle

With a 170° horizontal and vertical viewing angle, the STH-COB Series maintains consistent image visibility across a broad viewing range. Its optimized optical structure also helps control cross-light interference, supporting clear and uniform content from different viewing positions.

High-Efficiency Driver IC

The integrated driver IC measures only 1.5 × 2.5 mm and provides precise current control for consistent LED emission. Its low-power circuit design helps improve energy efficiency, while built-in overheat and overcurrent protection enhances operational stability.

Smooth & Detailed Visuals

With a refresh rate of ≥3840 Hz and 16-bit grayscale, the STH-COB Series delivers smooth motion, rich gradation and detailed image reproduction. These specifications help maintain stable visual performance for dynamic content, video playback and professional display applications.

Seamless Module Splicing

The modules support both vertical and horizontal splicing, allowing flexible screen expansion according to project requirements. Modules can be precisely matched to create larger continuous display areas in different proportions and configurations.

Flexible Installation Options

Glass Mounting

Designed for direct installation on flat glass surfaces. After surface preparation and positioning, the modules are secured using UV glue and adhesive, with concealed wiring and edge finishing helping maintain a clean overall appearance.

Curved & Special-Shaped Glass

The flexible modules can be customized according to the shape of curved or special-shaped glass. Their flexible construction allows the display to follow complex surface contours while maintaining visual continuity.

Suspended Installation

A customized suspension structure can be designed according to screen dimensions and load requirements. Safety protection, power components and cable routing can be integrated into the structure for a clean suspended display setup

Floor-Standing Installation

Customized aluminum supports provide stable positioning while integrating the power supply, control box and cable routing into the structure, creating a neat and self-supporting floor-standing solution.
