However, many customers still encounter problems when installing it themselves, affecting not only the display quality but also posing safety hazards. This article focuses on key installation precautions to help you complete the installation flawlessly, STJ series as an example.

Before Installation:

• The surface of the glass or acrylic plate to be installed needs to be clean, ensuring it is free of dust and masks;
• Determine the overall installation area and the actual product size ratio, and use an infrared laser level for positioning. Ensure a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing overall appearance.

During Installation:

• Spray water onto the installation surface(glass or acrylic plate ) before attaching the module. After the module is pasted, spray water on the back of the module as well, then scrape to remove water stains and air bubbles from the bonding surface. Be careful not to wet the HUP board.

After installation:

• The power supply box and cables can only be installed 24 hours after the module has adhered. If possible, apply silicone sealant to the contact points between the power supply box and the glass or acrylic plate.

• Perform a power-on test, screen connection debugging, upload the image, and begin use.
