LED Display Maintenance

First, regular security checks should be carried out

For the general LED display security check of bai, "monthly inspection system" is used, while the large LED electronic screen is "weekly inspection system".

3.During the maintenance service, the general failure within 8 hours to solve the maintenance problem, major accidents do not exceed 24 hours. In wet weather, dust absorbs moisture in the air, resulting in short circuit. Long-term will also lead to PCB board and electronic components mildew, resulting in equipment technical performance decline, failure. Therefore, the cleaning work of the display screen seems simple, but it is actually a very important step in the maintenance work.

Fastening Of Led Screen Connectors

LED electronic screen is a high power consumption equipment, when running for a period of time, due to multiple start and stop and operation, the power supply part of the terminal due to cold and heat will cause loose, contact is not strong, forming a virtual connection, serious will heat, and even ignite the next plastic components. Signal terminals will also be loose due to cold and hot changes in ambient temperature, moisture erosion leads to poor contact, resulting in equipment failure, so it is necessary to regularly tighten the connector of the LED electronic screen. When adjusting fasteners, the force should be uniform and appropriate to ensure firmness and effectiveness.

Fourth, regularly clean the display surface

LED electronic screen cleaning is a high-altitude operation, need to be equipped with a professional cleaning team. The cleaning operation adopts the high-altitude rope method (commonly known as spider man) or the hanging bar, and the professional cleaning equipment is configured. The cleaning personnel choose different cleaners according to the different dirt on the screen, so as to ensure that the cleaning work of the display screen is completed without damaging the LED tube and mask. Cleaning preparation needs to pay attention to two points: first, before cleaning, you need to pull out the power cord. Second, the choice of cleaning liquid, cleaning liquid generally includes electrolyte, high purity distilled water, antistatic liquid, etc., to choose good quality, in order to effectively clean the dust and other stains on the screen.

Step 2: Wet wash. Be careful not to spray the lotion directly on the screen, but to spray a little cleaning liquid on the cleaning cloth, and then gently wipe along the same direction. You can also use the soft brush on the vacuum cleaner to scrub the lamp mask and clean the dirt.

Step 3: Dry. Use the vacuum cleaner to absorb the water marks left after dry and wet washing to ensure that the display mask is clean and dust-free.

LED Display Maintenance

Keep the humidity of the environment used by the full-color LED display screen, and do not let anything with moisture properties enter your full-color LED display screen. Charging a large full-color display screen containing humidity will cause corrosion of the components of the full-color display screen, which will cause permanent damage.

To avoid possible problems, we can choose passive protection and active protection, try to keep the items that may cause harm to the full-color display screen away from the screen, and wipe the screen as gently as possible when cleaning the screen to minimize the possibility of damage.

The LED full-color display screen is the most closely related to our users, and it is also necessary to do a good job of cleaning and maintenance. Long-term exposure to the outdoor environment wind, sun, dust, etc., easy to show dirty, over a period of time, the screen must be a piece of dust, which needs to be cleaned in time to prevent dust from wrapping the surface for a long time to affect the viewing effect.

The power supply must be stable and well grounded. Do not use it in harsh natural conditions, especially in strong lightning weather.

Water, iron powder and other conductive metal objects are strictly prohibited in the screen. LED display screen as far as possible placed in a low dust environment, large dust will affect the display effect, while too much dust will cause damage to the circuit. If the water is flooded for various reasons, please immediately power off and contact maintenance personnel until the display board inside the screen is dry.

The switching sequence of the LED electronic display: A: First turn on the control computer so that it can run normally, and then turn on the LED display screen; B: Turn off the LED display first, and then the computer.

When playing, do not be in full white, full red, full green, full blue and other full bright screen for a long time, so as not to cause too much current, too much heat of the power cord, LED light damage, affecting the service life of the display. Do not disassemble or splice the screen at will!

It is recommended that the LED display screen rest time is more than 2 hours a day, and the LED screen large screen is used at least once a week in the plum rain season. Generally, the screen is turned on at least once a month and lit for more than 2 hours.

The surface of the led display screen can be wiped with alcohol, or the use of a brush or vacuum cleaner for dust removal, and can not be wiped directly with a wet cloth.

The led display screen needs to be regularly checked whether it works normally, whether the line is damaged, if it does not work, it should be replaced in time, and if the line is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time. led display screen internal line, non-professionals are prohibited to touch, so as to avoid electric shock, or cause damage to the line; If something goes wrong, have it professionally repaired.
