Daily Maintenance Considerations for LED Displays
In our daily lives, LED displays are increasingly used across various industries. As a result, maintaining LED displays has become a topic of concern for us.

Several important points to note when maintaining LED displays:
Power Off
Whenever performing maintenance on an LED display, the first step is to ensure the device is powered off. It is unsafe to probe or replace modules while the power is still connected.
Anti-Static Gloves
We know that LED display modules contain many precision electronic components, such as driver chips and power management chips. Static electricity can cause irreversible damage to these delicate electronic devices.
Regular Power-On
Even if our LED display is not used frequently, it should be powered on once a month or approximately every 15 days to light up the entire screen, preventing moisture buildup inside the equipment.
Abnormal Condition Checks
Perform regular inspections of the LED display. For example, check whether color blocks appear abnormal (an LED display is a large screen composed of LED modules). If any module shows abnormal colors, perform color calibration or replace the module. Also check for dead pixels (one or several LEDs on a module not lighting up). Inspect the heat dissipation condition and clean the cooling fans, etc.
