Small Pitch Full Color LED Display 10 Common Faults And Solutions

1, the full color LED display does not work, the green light of the sending card flashes (make it retractable)

Failure Cause:

LED screen body no power supply; The network cable is not properly connected. The receiving card has no power supply or the power supply voltage is too low; The sending card is broken; The signal transmission intermediate device is connected or faulty (such as the function card or optical fiber transceiver box).

Troubleshooting Method: 

Check that the power supply of the screen is normal; Check and reconnect the network cable. Ensure that the DC output of the power supply is 5-5.2V; Replace the sending card; Check the connection or replace the function card (optical fiber transceiver box).

2, indoor and outdoor LED display does not work, send card green light does not blink

Fault Cause:

DVI or HDMI cable is not connected properly; Copy or Extend mode is not set in the graphics card control panel; The software selected to turn off the large screen power supply; The send card is not inserted properly or there is a problem with the send card.

Troubleshooting method: Check DVI cable connector; Reset the replication mode. The software selects to open the large screen power supply; Reinsert the sending card or replace the sending card.

3. Prompt "LED large screen system not found" when starting

Fault Cause:

The serial cable or USB cable is not connected to the sending card; Computer COM or USB port is bad; The serial cable or USB cable is broken. The sending card is broken; No USB driver is installed.

Troubleshooting Method:

Confirm and connect the serial cable; Replace your computer; Replace the serial cable. Replace the sending card; Install a new version of the software or install a separate USB drive.

4, the length of the lamp board is not displayed or part is not displayed, lack of color

Fault Cause:

flat line or DVI line (suitable for submarine series) contact is not good or disconnected; The junction shows that there is a problem with the former output or the latter input of the light board.

Troubleshooting Method:

 reinsert or replace the cable. First determine which display module is faulty and then replace it.

5, some LED modules (3-6 blocks) do not display

Failure Cause:

power supply protection or damage; The AC power cable is not properly connected.

Troubleshooting method: Test to confirm that the power supply is normal; Reconnect the power cable.

6, LED display the whole box is not displayed

Fault Cause:

220V power supply line is not connected; Network cable transmission problems; The receiving card is damaged; The HUB board is improperly inserted.

Troubleshooting method: Check the power supply line; Confirm the replacement of the network cable. Replace the receiving card; Reinstall the HUB.

7, LED large screen curtain wall whole screen flower point, picture shadow button

Fault Cause:

driver loading program is wrong; Computer and screen cable is too long or poor quality; The sending card is broken.

Troubleshooting Method:

 reload the receiving card file; Shorten the length of the network or replace it; Replace the sending card.

8, the entire LED display each display unit displays the same content

Fault Cause:

The display connection file is not sent.

Troubleshooting Method:

Reset the sending screen connection file, and connect the computer network cable to the output outlet near the indicator on the sending card when sending.

9, LED display brightness is very low, display image blurred

Fault Cause:

sending card program error; Function card Settings are incorrect.

Troubleshooting Method:

Restore the default Settings of the sending card and save the Settings. Set the minimum brightness value of the monitor to more than 80.

10, the whole screen shaking or double shadow

Fault Cause:

Check the communication line between the computer and the large screen; Check the DVI cable of the multimedia card and the sending card; The sending card is broken.

Troubleshooting Method:

 reinsert or replace the communication cable; Plug and reinforce DVI cable; Send card replacement
